Master Franchise
We are looking for international partners to become a world global company
beyond the No.1 chicken brand in Korea.

Please be advised that we only offer Master Franchise business,
we do not offer franchise rights to individuals outside of Korea.
Master Franchisee will have rights to operate BHC business in their designated territory only.
Qualification Condition
The above 4 conditions are the qualifications for applying for the Master Franchise,
and after submitting the application, the BHC will conduct an internal evaluation.

There are 4 main fees for Master Franchise Business.
1. Master Franchise Fee : The cost of granting the designated area for Master franchisee to have authority for
                                               BHC business (one time fee).
2. Running Royalty : The cost of using the brand of BHC (monthly basis).
3. Initial opening fee : The cost for each opening the stores within the territory (once per store).
4. Import Cost : For quality management, core materials such as sources and powders should only use the
                              products manufactured by BHC. It is the cost of supplying these original materials
                              (pre-payment condition).

     Depending on the contract detail, additional costs may be incurred.

It may be different depending on the country, development plan, restaurant size and so on… The details will be shared after the signing of NDA.

As a Master Franchisor, there are 3 main supports from BHC.
1. Store opening : We provide close support from the establishment of the 1st store to business stabilization.
2. Store Inspection : We monitor continuously through regular communication and on-site visits to see
                                      if there are any difficulties while operating the business.
3. Marketing Support : New menu development and provide ideas for local marketing.

After receiving the required documentation, we conduct the evaluation according to internal standards and processes.
